All new front Court

This project was designed and built for a single gentleman in Newport Beach that had no place to entertain at his beachside condominium. We removed the old cluttered landscape of trees and over grown shrubs to build a private court . I designed a special wrought Iron gate and wall top using leaves and vine shapes for an artistic quality. We included a small countertop for entertaining , outdoor speakers connected to the home sound system and low voltage lighting.
